Healthcare AI is regulated like almost nothing else.

European healthcare AI does not live under one law. It lives under many, at the same time. Medical-device rules. Data-protection rules. Cybersecurity rules. Liability rules. Software-safety standards. A new health-data-sharing framework. International quality and AI-management standards. National layers in every member state. A separate regime in the United Kingdom. And from August 2026, the EU AI Act on top.

No clinical AI team can absorb all of that, document it, and still ship into practice on a commercial timeline. The institutional layer that makes it possible has not been built. PriCareHub is building it, inside the system it serves, registered in Germany and the United Kingdom.

Our mission

We are on a mission to make clinical AI in Europe safe, lawful, and useful in the places where it actually arrives. Primary-care practices, clinics, hospitals. The regulation around it is changing faster than the systems beneath it can absorb. Our job is to build the institutional layer that makes that absorption possible.

We want a world where clinical AI in Europe is trustworthy by design rather than by audit, where patients and the people who care for them don't have to take the underlying technology on faith. That's why we work at the institutional layer that makes that trust possible, alongside the people who care most about getting it right.
